Four Bryant Lady Hornets volleyball players will being playing at the next level this coming fall. Senior setter Britney Sahlmann, senior hitter Allie Anderson, senior libero Whitney Brown and senior defensive specialist Savannah Shelton all signed letters of intent Wednesday at Bryant High School to play volleyball in college.
“This is, by far, the most girls we have ever had who have decided to go on and play college volleyball,” Bryant Coach Beth Solomon said of the signing class. “Without these four young ladies, our program would not be where it is today.”
Sahlmann signed with the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff, Anderson is going to Arkansas Tech University (Russellville), Brown signed with Southern Arkansas University (Magnolia) and Shelton earned a full ride to Philander Smith College in Little Rock.
